Teaching on ‘How to meditate’ by Ven. Khangser Rinpoche at CKSL on November 7-8, 2009

Choe Khor Sum Ling, a Tibetan Buddhist Meditation & Study Center, is organizing a 2-days teaching on ‘How to Meditate’ by Venerable Khangser Rinpoche on November 7-8, 2009.
Apart from giving an introduction to the main meditation techniques practiced in Tibetan Buddhism, Rinpoche will also explain the Six Preparatory Practices. These Practices help to clear away obstacles for meditation and create necessary supporting conditions to quickly develop on one’s spiritual path.
Venerable Khangser Rinpoche at the young age of 33 is among the most accomplished Buddhist scholars and practitioners of our times, he currently teaches at Sera Jey monastic university near Mysore.
